RESPONSIBILITIES:

• — Receiving incoming phone calls from clients regarding the operation of virtual UNIX and VPS hosting
• — Processing requests from clients.
• — Monitoring and maintenance of equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• — Competent oral and written speech, knowledge of English will be an advantage (Intermediate,upper intermediate)
• — Excellent understanding of the principles of the Internet and services (DNS\FTP\SSH\Apache\MySQL and so on.)
• — Linux advanced SSH user experience.
• — Good understanding of how Linux OS works
• — Initial skill of administration, installation and configuration of VPS (CentOS\Ubuntu\Debian and so on).
• — Ability to identify and fix errors in the most popular CMS (Joomal\WordPress\Drupal\Bitrix).
• — Knowledge of network protocols and principles of network operation.
• Personal qualities: stress resistance, sociability, attentiveness and accuracy.

TERMS:

• Salary based on interview results, depending on qualifications.

• Registration according to the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (paid sick leave and annual leave, “white” wages).
• Meals at the expense of the company. Working in a modern office
• Work schedule: shift schedule (daily duty).
